My passion for as long as I can remember has been photography. Photographing for me is like breathing, I have an innate desire to
capture all the precious moments so as to try and make time sit still, if even just for the moment you hold the photo in your hand.

this gorgeous family were so much fun & we had to make sure we included everyone in the photos, including Polly, Sammi & Annie, the furry members…
there were kisses & attention all round, but nowhere as much as Polly gave her mum…
and we finished off with some fun ones outside, luckily no one ran me over as the best spot for photos was with me laying in the middle of the road, so worth it!

I have been lucky enough to photograph Alison’s family since her oldest Gracie was just a toddler & now she’ll be starting kindy in America this year! So when Alison contacted me for a group family shot as they were travelling home for Christmas, well I couldn’t say no, a chance to see how much Gracie & Libby had grown & a chance to say ‘I flew to Dubbo for the day’, so here is a sneak peek for you, hope you guys aren’t missing home too much & have been enjoying winter in the states, specially after the storm, rain & heat we photographed in between on the day!

it took Chauncey a little while to get comfortable with the idea of having his photo taken, I mean his job is protecting his mum & dad, and here’s this person with a camera that just won’t leave them alone!
But once warmed up it was then hard to get him out of the shot…
and really it should be all about ‘Chauncey’ right?

This gorgeous little miss has had a somewhat of a rough start to her little life & we were not able to catch up for a session till she came out of hospital, which was when she was 2 months old. But even though older babies are harder to get to sleep & to try some different poses on, Miss Taylor just knew what had to be done, she slept, she smiled, she posed – she was totally perfect
Mum, dad & big brothers Kaleb & Kyle also got to get in on the fun!

and this time around I got to meet her little brother Charlie, Charlie of the cutest cheeks!
and we managed to talk mummy & daddy into some shots, I love when you can feel the emotional connections in a photo, & their love for each other…
